Who We Are?
We are the Telecommunications Company of Cuba S.A., founded in July 1994 to provide public telecommunications services throughout the territory of the Republic of Cuba.
As the sole telecommunications operator, we guarantee fixed, mobile, data, and internet services. Additionally, we provide the transportation of radio and television signals, the subleasing of international satellite capacity, and customer assistance services, facilitating information and commercial and technical management.
We have a high responsibility in the country's socio-economic development, especially in the informatization of society, by ensuring the technological infrastructure for effective connectivity.

We have more than 18,000 workers from technical and higher education centers; highly qualified in specialties such as telecommunications, computer science, electronics, automation, and telephone and data systems, as well as business management.
With our headquarters in Havana, we have a diversified and extensive commercial network throughout the national territory, with more than 400 commercial service points, more than 430 telephone service positions, and supported by a network of more than 31,000 Telecommunications Agents, with the task of achieving greater capillarity and providing employment opportunities.
